Shipping
Our aim is get your order to you as quickly as possible.
We ship most orders through the United States Postal Service
via first class mail. Bulk orders may occasionally be shipped
using a freight carrirer such as UPS or FedEX depending on the
unique circumstance. We work hard to ship all items within 3
days of the order. When applicable, a tracking number will be
provided.
Refund Policy
A 90 day money back guarantee exists on all products purchased
through the online store. If for some reason you are not satisfied
with the product, you can obtain and RMA number and mail the product
back to us and we will refund you the cost of the product and taxes.
Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.
Before a return can be accepted, you must contact customer care
for approval. Upon approval you will receive an RMA number and the
mailing address for returns. Refunds will not be given to orders
returned without a correct RMA Number. After you receive your RMA
number the item must be shipped within a week.
